By creating an account and completing orders

To complete purchases on Aquarapid.com, it is necessary to create a user account. The indication of the shipping and billing address is only required at the time of ordering. How is personal data used?

Processing of Personal Data
We collect, store, and process user data for the complete execution of the purchase, including subsequent warranty procedures and for marketing purposes. Customer personal data is transmitted to third parties only as permitted by law, including billing, for purposes strictly related and instrumental to logistical activities (shipping and returns of orders) and current tax obligations. In the context of order fulfillment, the service providers we engage (e.g., carriers, logistics companies, banks) receive the necessary data to carry out the order and the task. The service providers we engage may use the data solely for the purpose of fulfilling their work. The data will not be processed by other external companies, nor transferred to third parties, for any reason.

Newsletter
Subscription to the mailing list can occur at any time during account creation by checking the box related to news and the consent for the processing of personal data. Subscription is complete after the confirmation request via email (OPT-IN). Only after obtaining the customer's consent will we use the data provided during the order for sending marketing communications and news about products, services, events, updates, and other Aquarapid promotions via newsletter. This consent can be revoked at any time. To unsubscribe from the mailing list, simply click the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link present in all our newsletters, or send a written communication to the contact details.
